Fruité et frais

Robe de couleur jaune clair, reflets verts. Nez franc, sur les agrumes, la pomme fraiche. Notes d'amandes. Attaque souple de la tension, de l'équilibre. Pointe de sucrosité. Allonge franche et tendue. Sur la mirabelle, les fruits jaunes, bon équilibre. Finale franche minérale. De l'élégance !

Ruinart doit le prestige de son Blanc de Blancs à Jean-François Barot. Maître de cave de la maison de 1985 à 2002, il a fait de ce vin l’un des véritables piliers de la maison en lui conférant un style unique signé au chardonnay.

    It was during a trip to the Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Prés that Dom Thierry Ruinart realised the potential of his native Champagne region to make the famous bubbly wine. Officially founded in 1729 by his nephew Nicolas Ruinart, the prestigious house continues to thrive today under its signature "The oldest house in Champagne."
    Ruinart is the first Champagne House to offer an innovative, eco-designed alternative to all of its gift sets. In 2020, Ruinart breaks with the tradition of single boxes, and goes further in its environmental contribution with the second skin case. This eco-designed case exactly matches the emblematic shape of the House's bottles while preserving the integrity of the Ruinart taste until the tasting of this exceptional champagne.
