Caractéristiques

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

The founder of the French Beaches brand, Christophe Kaczmarek, has joined forces with the Vignerons Catalans to produce this delicious cuvée. The Vignerons Catalans are a group of men and women who are passionate about the Roussillon wine landscape.

Le domaine et l'appellation

  • SOLEIL EN BOUTEILLE PAR FRENCH BEACHES

    Grapes are harvested at dawn. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed and then vinified separately in order to preserve the typicity of each parcel and to allow original blends. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures (14° to 18°) to preserve the fruity aromas of the wine. Addition of sulphites is limited. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for three months.
