Powerful bouquet

Open nose with notes of kirsch, amarena cherry and faded violets.

The attack is supple, fleshy and clean, with good balance and tension.

Lovely aromatic and violet character.

The finish is sapid, balanced and clean, with a hint of liquorice and laurel.

Features

    Produced by Mas du Novi, a producer located in Montagnac in the Hérault, the Domaine du Saut de l’Aigue is classified under the Languedoc appellation.

     

    Terroir: Located on a slope, the Mas du Novi vineyard extends over more than 50 hectares around the estate and is based on marno-sandy, calcareous-limoneous, sandy-stony, and gravel soils.

     

    Viticulture: A member of the Terra Vitis association, Mas du Novi follows a viticultural policy that respects the environment.
