Powerful bouquet

The nose is frank and expressive, with fresh spices, black pepper, then notes of candied morello cherries and a hint of mocha that adds complexity.

 

On the palate, the attack is supple, marked by roundness and beautiful balance.


The peppery character and crisp red fruit mingle with notes of undergrowth, in an expression that is both frank and accessible.


A delicious length, medium but clear persistence, with an elegantly spicy finish.

Caractéristiques
