Powerful bouquet

The nose is straightforward and distinctive, revealing aromas of red fruit au gratin, black pepper and candied pepper, in a register that is both ripe and spicy.

 

On the palate, the attack is supple, full-bodied and well-balanced.

 

The wine is straightforward, with notes of roasted pepper and black pepper.

 

The tannins are round and supple, with a well-balanced finish and good persistence.

    • The vineyard boasts a high planting density of 7,000 vines per hectare, well above the appellation’s minimum requirement, reflecting its commitment to quality.


    • Its soils, composed of Güntzian gravel, have earned it membership in the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux.


    • Clay subsoils provide the wines of Château Ferrande with natural freshness.


    • The estate dedicates 23 hectares to nature, featuring a majestic cedar-lined path and a park filled with diverse tree species, showcasing its respect for biodiversity.
