Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is straightforward, dominated by notes of fresh almonds and white flowers, which gradually open up to ripe yellow fruits, all enhanced by a discreet, almost indulgent hint of brioche and toast.

 

The attack on the palate is slightly broad, but quickly releases a frank and thirst-quenching finish, carried by aromas of citrus and juicy pear.

 

The finish is frank and indulgent, marked by a sweet note of frangipane, leaving an elegant and generous sensation on the palate.

    Founded in 1780 by Jean-Baptiste Patriarche, the Patriarche estate continues its heritage as a wine merchant and producer, contributing to the reputation of the Burgundy region.

     

    Terroir: Patriarche wines and sparkling wines aim to highlight the different climates of Burgundy.


    Viticulture: The grapes are sourced from across the Burgundy terroir thanks to unique and strict partnerships with winegrowers.


    Vinification: This sparkling wine is produced using traditional methods and aged for 15 to 22 months in the vaulted cellars of the Couvent des Visitandines in Beaune.
