Powerful bouquet

Bright and luminous amber colour. Lovely fresh nose of white chocolate, yellow peaches, hints of dried fruits, nice balance on a fruity, quite powerful and quite fine Whisky, signed with aromas of wheat, dried herbs. Good sweetness, frank on a long and tense finish.

Caractéristiques

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

    Founded in 1820 by John Walker in Kilmarnock in Scotland, it is now owned by Diageo. Official supplier to the Court of England since 1934, it is one of the best selling brands of Scotch in the world. Created in 1906 by the son of John Walker, Sir Alexander Walker II, the Black Label 12 Year Old is a reference in the world of high-end whiskies.

     
    • Distillery: Johnnie Walker has access to the best Scotch whiskeys. Single malts used in the preparation of its Labels come from several distilleries such as Clynelish and Royal Lochnagar, both located in the Highlands and Speyside Cardhu to or Talisker, on the Isle of Skye.
