The term "Fine" was authorized by the 1938 Act to designate an eau-de-vie under AOC. Thus "Grande Fine Champagne" designates a cognac of whose spirits are derived exclusively from the Grande Champagne.

Le domaine et l'appellation

  • Ménard

    Producers since 1815, the Ménard family is specialised in the production of Pineau and Cognac, and benefits from an ancestral know-how. Terroir: Spread over 65 hectares, the vineyard is located on the 1er Cru of the Cognac region: Grande Champagne. Vinification: All these wines are distilled on the properties in copper stills using the traditional Charentaise method and aged in Limousin oak barrels.
