Fruity and light
An original colour with bright, bluish-green highlights.
The nose is frank and distinctive, dominated by an intense, almost icy mentholation that evokes the freshness of an Alpine breeze.
The attack is supple and straightforward, carried by a light sweetness, followed by a lively lingering finish of fresh mint and spicy white pepper notes.
Pleasant aftertaste, but well marked by aromatic freshness and a tonic, unusual character.
