Fruity and light

The nose is clean and floral, opening with citrus notes and delicate herbaceous undertones.

 

The attack is supple and balanced, giving way to a clean, rich and distinctive palate, accompanied by a slight hint of sweetness.

 

 The fresh citrus notes lend freshness and character to the whole.

 

The finish, harmonious and aromatic, lingers with lovely persistence.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Do you know ?

Gin is thought to have been invented by the Dutch in the 12th century, before being introduced to England in the 17th century, when the high cost of beer led people to turn to gin.

    Generous Gin is a blend of four London Dries (three French and one Spanish) and five botanicals: juniper, red pepper, lemon, jasmine (distillate) and elderflower (distillate).
