Fruity and crisp

The nose is open and expressive, with notes of bitter almond, hazelnut and white flowers, with hints of candied lemon, pear and a touch of brioche.

 

On the palate, the creamy and indulgent attack reveals itself to be chalky and taut, with white fruits and white flowers, carried by a fine minerality and a beautiful crisp tension.


The vinous and elegant finish lingers on notes of brioche and milk, enhanced by subtle citrus fruits, with a persistent and refined finesse.
