Sober Spirits R 0.0% – An alcohol-free alternative to rum

It all begins with a genuine Caribbean rum. It is transported to Grasse, the world capital of perfume, where the alcohol is carefully extracted and this ethanol finds a new purpose in fine perfumery.

What remains is the aromatic heart of this rum, without the alcohol. In the heart of France, in a distillery dating back to 1875, it is redistilled in century-old copper stills with a selection of plants, fruits and bark – a process that intensifies its aromatic bouquet.

And so Sober Spirits R 0.0% was born: the rich aromas, the smooth texture, the structure and the long finish of the original spirit, entirely alcohol-free and sugar-free.
