Pure duck rillettes – Maison Biraben 180 g

Biraben’s pure duck rillettes are a true culinary delight for all lovers of fine charcuterie from the South-West. Remaining true to its artisanal expertise since 1946, Maison Biraben presents a rustic yet refined recipe, prepared with the utmost respect for regional culinary traditions.

Made exclusively from duck meat and slowly confited in their own fat, these rillettes contain no compromises: 0% pork, no colourings or preservatives.

It is this gentle and patient cooking method that allows the meat to shred naturally and release its full aromatic intensity. An authentic product that evokes the flavours of our grandparents’ rillettes.
