Fruity and well-rounded

With its pink gold colour, this wine offers a frank nose, opening on floral and citrus notes. On the palate, it presents a nice balance, with tension. Stretched extension, on red fruits, and citrus tip. Final sapid.



Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Domain and appellation

  • Plaimont Producteurs

    The cellars of Plaisance, Aignan and Saint Mont have gathered their savoir-faire, inheritances and terroirs to form the cooperative Plaimont Producteur in 1979. The cellars of Crouseilles and Condom  joined the cooperative 20 years later.

    • Terroir: Plaimont Producteur represents 98% of the Saint Mont designation. Spread across 5300 hectares at the crossing of the Gascogne, the Béarn, the Pyrénées and the Gers, the vineyard grows the grape varieties of courbu, mansengs, tannat, pinenc, arrufiac, colombard and cabernet sauvignon.


    • Viticulture: Concerning the viticulture, a strict contract is established between the winegrowers, the expert and the terroir.
    • Vinification: The macerations are long and the extractions are extremely soft.  A patent filed by the cooperative protects the methods put in place to showcase the thioalcool molecule that causes the aromas of exotic fruits and citrus fruits of the wines made in the South-West of France.
