Its garnet color offers an open nose of candied fruit with roasted notes, licorice and cocoa. On the palate, this wine is balanced with a finish on ripe tannins.

Produced by the Mas du Novi -a producer located in Hérault- Montagnac Domaine du Saut of Aquamarine carries the Languedoc appellation.
- Terroir: Located on a slope, Novi Mas vineyard stretches over 50 hectares around the farmhouse and rests on sandy marl soils, calcareous silty, sandy gravel and sandstone.
- Viticulture: Member of the association Terra Vitis, Novi Mas prides itself on respecting the environment.
