Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and crisp

Do you crave freshness? So succumb to this pink-salmon wine that will be absolutely perfect to refresh yourself. Discover its fragrances of lilac and enjoy this wine that has an attack with multiple facets. Indeed, it is supple, acidulous but also frank and greedy. You will appreciate its nice taste of white fruits and its tasteful finish featuring the flavor of citrus fruits.

Light pink

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Do you know ?

If the rosé is produced today in many different regions of France and across the world, the mediterranean region remains its historic birthplace. Provence is the French region that produces the most rosé.

Domain and appellation

  • Estandon Vignerons

The 300 winegrowers of Estandon Vignerons combines their ambitious vision of viticulture and the respect for the land and the authenticity of the wines. They cultivate 2000 hectares of Provençal vines.

    • Terroir: The domain is at the heart of the Var department.
    • Viticulture: Vines are growing on a calcareous clay soil. Harvests are done mechanically at night.
    • Wine-making: The wine is subjected to a pneumatic pressing. Then it macerates before the step of the alcoholic fermentation. This step is done thanks to exogenous yeasts and a controlled temperature.
