Fruity and crisp

Domain and appellation

  • Estandon Vignerons

    The 300 winegrowers of Estandon Vignerons combines their ambitious vision of viticulture and the respect for the land and the authenticity of the wines. They cultivate 2000 hectares of Provençal vines.

    • Terroir: The domain is at the heart of the Var department.
       
    • Viticulture: Vines are growing on a calcareous clay soil. Harvests are done mechanically at night.
       
    • Wine-making: The wine is subjected to a pneumatic pressing. Then it macerates before the step of the alcoholic fermentation. This step is done thanks to exogenous yeasts and a controlled temperature.
