Fruity and well-rounded
Its light grey wine color announces an open nose of red fruits, wooden strawberry and licorice. The palate is balanced, straight, fine, full, ample and deep with a mineral hint and a tight texture. The wine is characterized by spicy and garrigue aromas. The finish is tight and coated.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.
Do you know ?
There are two winemaking methods for the rosé. The direct pressing one consists of thoroughly pressing the grapes after the harvests. The maceration or bleeding consists of letting the grapes soak in stainless steel tanks.

Château les Valentines
Located in La Londe-Les-Maures in the Var department between Toulon and St Tropez, the Château Les Valentines stands out through the implementation of organic practices in the viticulture process since 2008.
- Terroir: Spread across 35 hectares between pinewood and garrigue, the vineyard lays on a schist and old alluvium.
- Viticulture: The domain used to only focus on viticulture by giving its harvests to the cooperative. They have restarted the vinification process in 1998.
- Vinification: In the vat room, the grapes are directly pressed with a cold pellicular maceration.
