Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and crisp

With its straw color with green hues, this wine offers us a beautiful, fine and elegant nose of mimosas, white peaches and fresh apricot. On the palate, it presents a good balance, with a good freshness and a nice character always on finesse. Finale on notes of fresh and peppery spices.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Do you know ?

“L’en de l’el” sometimes spelled “lendelel” means in Occitan Toulouse "far from the eye". This is a white grape used only in Gaillac, it gives a slight spiciness on the tip of the tongue and can certainly identify a wine Gaillac.
