These wines are coming from a vineyard located on and around the town of Cairanne (in the Vaucluse department, on the left bank of the Rhône), in front of the mountains of the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Mont Ventoux. Vines are planted on hills that have a stony soil made of clay and limestone. The gentle slopes are well exposed to the sun.
