Well-rounded
Dark brick colour with some black reflections. Fairly frank nose of black fruits au gratin, liquorice, hints of red pepper, boxwood, fairly balanced. Finishes on fat-free tannins.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Charly Naudon is a young winegrower who took over the family business in 2012. This is the fourth generation of winegrowers established in Saint Avit Saint Nazaire. Certified Terra Vitis in 2020 and engaged in the first year of conversion to Organic Agriculture in 2020 as well . Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats. Control of fermentation temperatures. Pumping over. Maturing in stainless steel vats.
