Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
Light yellow colour with green tints. A frank nose, typical, with citrus fruits, exotic fruits and floral notes. Lively attack, tension, balance. Straightforward, tart, with citrus fruits, lemon and exotic fruits. Full-bodied. Clear and sapid finish.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation
Les Vignerons de Buzet
The history of the Buzet appellation illustrates the undeniable strength of wine cooperatives. Originating in 1953, the cooperative Les Vignerons de Buzet offered a future to its eponymous wines with the obtaining of the A.O.C. in 1973.
- Terroir: Spread over 2000 hectares, the Buzet appellation benefits from unique climatic and geological conditions. The vineyards rest on soils composed of clay, gravel, silty boulbènes and clayey earth. Some of the vines reach heights of over 150 metres.
- Viticulture: The cooperative's viticulture practices are based on a sustainable approach. All plots of land bear the Agri Confiance label, the vines are grassed and chemical fertilisers are banned.
