Fruity and crisp
Light yellow colour with green tints. Typical frank nose, with citrus fruits, exotic fruits, notes of flint and blackcurrant buds. Lively attack, tension, balance. Straightforward and nervous. Nice, frank and typical character. Tart finish.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

TERRE DE VIGNERONS CAVE DE BERTICOT
Selected plots of land, selected vintages, the wines produced by the Vignerons de Berticot are a colourful range, tinged with the singing accent of the South. The Duras basements are on the extension of the Graves, their Bordeaux neighbours. They are composed of marine and fluvial sediments such as the heavy, sticky clays called Boulbènes in the lower and southern parts of the vineyard; marls, molasses & limestones and clay-limestones further up the slope.
