Fruity and well-rounded

With its garnet color, this wine offers you a nice rich nose of raspberries, violets and garrigue spices. On the palate, it has a good balance with a nice temper on candied black fruits and spices. Final on tannins that will blend.  Nice wine to discover!



Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Do you know ?

A Casetta means « small house ». It refers to the authentic house of a terroir where the men working on fields lived. Nowadays, these houses are still existing, near the vineyards. It shows the history of the Corsican viticulture and the emotional attachment of Corsican people for their land.

Domain and appellation

  • On the hills of the eastern coast is located the valley of Golo. This is the birthplace of the traditional vineyard of the Corsica region. It leans against rocky edges that peaks at 1 200 meters. There is a large and wide range of terroirs.

    • Terroir: The terroirs are located on the East coast of the Corsica.
    • Viticulture: Labor of the soil, natural grass and control of yields are the principles followed during the production.
    • Wine-making: Grapes are principally coming from domains carefully selected (only having the AOC, Protected Origin Designation). The fermentation is done using Mythos tanks (Italian technology used for the great wines of Tuscany). A perfect control of the temperatures during the fermentation is done. The wine rests inside stainless tanks for a minimum of 12 months before bottling.
