Well-rounded

The nose is open and complex, revealing a fruity, gourmand character with aromas of Morello cherry, kirsch, cocoa and toasted wood, accompanied by a hint of black pepper.

The attack on the palate is supple, tangy and crisp, with notes of peony, herbs and patchouli, in a beautifully expressive balance.

The finish is crisp and spicy, marked by kirsch and pretty floral nuances, with a medium persistence that invites prolonged tasting.
