Fruity and well-rounded

Bright lemon yellow colour. Clear nose of white flowers, citrus zest, mineral notes of gunflint. Good balance, full-bodied, dry and nervous, frank with finesse. Character of citrus fruits then on minerality, point of verbena, beautiful sapid and fresh length

The latest addition to the South Burgundy region, the appellation was created in 1999. As early as 1810, the Chardonnay grape variety found its favourite terrain in this region and today represents 85% of the plantings. VINIFICATION & AGEING Direct pressing of the grapes after their arrival in the Chai. Aged on fine lees.
