Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
Peach skin colour. A frank nose of red berries and floral notes, opening up to citrus fruit. Lively attack, tension, freshness. Lengthening on aromas of small red fruits, redcurrant. Frank and greedy character. Tart finish.

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.
Domain and appellation
Each year, Estandon produces white, rosé and red wines from 2500 hectares of land in the AOCs of Provence (Côtes de Provence, Coteaux Varois en Provence, Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence) and the PGIs of Var, Alpilles and Méditerranée.
Our vines grow on mainly limestone or clay-limestone soils, bathed by the Mediterranean sun and swept by the famous Mistral wind. We choose our grape varieties in accordance with our natural environment and our terroir. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Rolle are among the most widely grown grape varieties in our vineyards.
