Fruity and crisp

Straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. The nose is open and expressive, with notes of pear, white peach and a hint of honey. Supple, fleshy attack, with tension, fullness and a hint of sweetness. The finish is sapid, full, greedy, full-bodied and mineral. A lovely wine, with a long finish and hints of iodine and honey.

Features

Sangouard family - Southern Burgundy for three generations. Margot Sangouard is passionate about wine and has a degree in oenology. She selects her vintages in the spirit of her family's values. Situated on clay-limestone soils, this wine reflects the imprint of its terroir. We take great care to strike the right balance between the land, the wine and the people, to bring out the personality of each parcel. Traditional vinification and ageing in temperature-controlled vats on fine lees.
