Fruity and well-rounded

Golden yellow colour. Straightforward nose of exotic fruit, white peach and citrus fruit, a lovely, expressive nose. Supple attack, roundness and balance. Frank length, character with aromas of white acacia flowers, good balance. Frank and greedy length. Good sapid persistence.

The Cave de Cairanne has a great diversity of soils in and around Cairanne, composed of stony materials, clay-limestone, yellow marl, red clay or sometimes sandy veins: - The Aygues terraces, born from the alluvial deposits of the Aygues river, which crosses the vineyard.
- The Garrigues, born from materials deposited by the Ouvèze, a second watercourse - The Mountain, an original hillside Each of our plots is unique, not only in its potential, its grape varieties, the structure of its soil and its history, but also in the know-how brought by our winegrowers who often work there from generation to generation.
