    Domaine de l’Aigle, located near the village of Roquetaillade, close to Limoux at the foot of the Pyrenees, is a property of 47 hectares at an altitude ranging from 250 to 500 meters, making it one of the highest vineyards in the Haute Vallée de l’Aude and throughout the Languedoc.

     

    The vines planted with Gewürztraminer benefit from climatic conditions similar to their original Alsace: oceanic with a semi-continental tendency, regular rainfall, and a high temperature range.

     

    The grapes come from sustainable farming practices, respecting the Terra Vitis approach, which ensures traceability of cultural practices verified by an independent organization.
