Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
Pale straw yellow with pale gold highlights, limpid and brilliant. The nose is open, frank and floral, with notes of acacia, hawthorn and honeysuckle, with a hint of pomelo and white pepper. The attack is frank and distinctive, with notes of pomelo, citrus fruit and sea spray. The finish is full, sapid, acidic and crisp, with a fine aromatic palette and long aftertaste.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Domain and appellation
-
Lionel Osmin & Cie
The Jurançon Sec appellation is made from a blend of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng grapes. To the north of the appellation lies a road lined with plane trees, along which salt was transported from Salies de Béarn to Pau. This salt route is known here as the "Cami Salié".
