Fruity and crisp

Very pale yellow with green highlights. Open, very aromatic nose, with notes of pink grapefruit pulp, bergamot, citron and orange blossom, with a hint of yuzu. Pearl-like, sapid attack. Character with pink grapefruit and hints of harlequin candy, tension. Crisp, thirst-quenching finish, hint of sweetness, good balance. Very primeur.

Domain and appellation

    Vintage 2023: A demanding vintage in which Colombelle's fine terroirs came into their own. This wine was blended from musts from the oldest vines, whose deep roots enabled them to withstand the intense heat. An early vintage: the first Colombard bunches were cut at the end of August and the harvest was completed around 15 September.
