Powerful bouquet

This wine reveals an open, spicy nose, marked by mineral notes of white flowers, black pepper and flint, offering a frank, distinctive profile.

 

The pearly attack reveals a full-bodied wine, carried by aromas of blood orange, tangerine and pomelo, all in a fine, elegant package.

 

The finish, full-bodied and sapid, seduces with its greediness, candied oranges and hints of spice, bringing a lovely character and great finesse to this wine.

Features

The 90-hectare vineyard is spread over the eight communes of the appellation, on marl and limestone soils that are particularly well-suited to Mourvèdre, combining two main types of climate.

    Bathed in sunshine and open to the sea, this terroir is made up of marl and limestone soils that are particularly well suited to Mourvèdre. Between the valley and the hillsides, this grape variety gives birth to this complex and structured rosé, carried by aromas of white flesh fruits, citrus fruits and sweet spices. An ample and refined rosé with a great texture.
