Fruity and well-rounded
Pale salmon pink with sandy highlights. Open, delicious nose of grapefruit, lilac and raspberry, with a hint of white peach. Supple, clean attack, freshness. Fleshy, citrus character. Finishes on citrus fruit and notes of fresh liquorice.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

DOMAINE ROYAL DE JARRAS
An "improbable" vineyard that has conquered the sand between the sea, lagoons and salt marshes. The vines grow in the sand and have survived the phylloxera epidemic. Sable de Camargue protected designation of origin. The estate's wine production method has always been ecologically responsible. The soil is traditionally cultivated without the use of herbicides. To prevent wind erosion, a blanket of rye protects the soil from October to May. Over 5,000 sheep graze here throughout the winter. Fertilisation is mainly organic. Our entire vineyard is dedicated to producing the organic grapes used in our cuvées.
