Domain and appellation

    The Pansiot estate was founded in 1981 by Eric Pansiot in Corgoloin, covering an area of four hectares at the time.

     

    It has continued to expand and now covers around 21 hectares in the prestigious communes of Meursault, Gevrey-Chambertin, Beaune, Chorey les Beaune and Savigny les Beaune.

     

    It is co-managed by Émilie Pansiot, who joined her parents in 2005. She vinifies and ages wines with a single philosophy: ‘listen to the wines, taste them. Nature decides.’ The estate is committed to sustainable farming practices.
