Meursault is the largest commune dedicated to the production of white wines in the Côte d'Or. Exclusive to Maison Louis Latour, the Château de Blagny vineyards are located on the top of the hill overlooking Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet.

    The Latour family has been making wines since the 17th century. Founded in 1797, Maison Louis Latour owns a vineyard of 48 hectares, 27 of which are Grand Cru, making Domaine Louis Latour the largest Grand Cru estate in Burgundy. Maison Louis Latour also owns several estates in the Var, Ardèche and Pierres Dorées regions.
