Fruity and crisp

Deep yellow colour with a bright golden hue. The nose is open, fresh, mineral, airy, with notes of vanilla, white pepper and lime, a hint of sea spray and iodine. The attack is acidic, frank and typical, with notes of lemon cream, white flowers and shellfish. Beautiful persistent length on the lime.
