Powerful bouquet

Dark brick colour with hints of garnet. The nose opens up with notes of coconut wood, pepper and juniper. Good balance on a fairly fleshy, frank wine with a little finesse. Lovely character that extends the nose, with melting tannins. Clean finish.

    The vines of BARON DE LESTAC benefit from a climate tempered by the presence of the Ocean, which brings mildness and humidity, helped by the dunes and the thick pine forest of the coast. The Baron de Lestac vines are planted in soils composed of GRAVEL, which is highly permeable and accumulates heat, helping to ripen the grapes. CLAY AND LIMESTONE: these give the vines a fresh, moist character.
