Fruity and crisp

Very pale green colour with silver highlights. The nose is open, acidulous, with notes of exotic fruits and boxwood, and a hint of vegetal. Refreshing attack, tension and freshness. Character with citrus fruits and fresh notes of juniper and basil. Sapid finish with a hint of saltiness.

Features

Appellation Bordeaux Contrôlée Soil: Clay-limestone, gravel and sand. Oceanic and temperate climate. Vinification: Pre-fermentation maceration - alcoholic fermentation conducted at low temperature (18°C) of which 30% in new barrels and 70% in vats - 3 months' ageing in new barrels with stirring. Ageing: 50% vinified in wood, 50% in vats.
