Fruity and crisp

Light lemon-yellow colour with silver highlights. Straightforward nose of acacia flowers, fresh almonds, hints of peppermint, balanced on a straightforward wine, medium body, dry and nervous. Character of fresh hazelnuts, notes of mocha, praline. Taut finish with a hint of sapid bitterness.
