Powerful bouquet
Amber colour with aged gold highlights. A frank, typical nose, with beeswax, quince, candied yellow fruit and a hint of nutmeg. Supple attack, sweetness, notes of candied quince, tension, notes of fruit on the ripe. Well-balanced. Straightforward and greedy lengthening. On notes of honey and beeswax. Clear and persistent finish.

Features

La Fruitière Vinicole d’Arbois
Founded in 1906 following the phylloxera crisis, La Fruitière Vinicole d'Arbois is a cooperative winery created under the impetus of 26 Arbois winegrowers. In 1969, it acquired Château Béthanie, located in the heart of the Jura town of Arbois. It equips it with a winery and high-performance vinification facilities for the vinification of the 5 Jura grape varieties: Poulsard Trousseau, Pinot Noir, Savagnin and Chardonnay.
