Our oenologists' opinion

Fairly light fluorescent pink colour, medium-sized, fairly regular bubbles. Very typical nose of faded rose petals, sweet notes of candied fruits, hint of pepper. Good balance, medium body, marked character on peppery roses, hint of lemon zest, hint of sweetness. Clean finish with a hint of bitterness.
