Terroir : Spread over 64 hectares, the vineyard is located in the 1st Growth of the Cognac region: Grande Champagne. Viticulture : This pineau is made from the Merlot grape variety. Production: The grape must is blended at harvest time with the estate brandy distilled the previous year. The blend is then aged in oak barrels for 3 years before being sold.
