This beverage was created in 1840 by James Pimm, a London restaurateur. The secret recipe is essentially made up of an assembly of Gin, plants and fruit liqueur.

PIMM'S

Pimm’s N°1, famous English alcohol, is elaborated with gin, fruits juices and spices. This liquor’s recipe, that takes the name of its creator James Pimm, is secret. Only six people in the world know it. With its taste of spiced citrus fruit, it can be tasted neat or in “long drink”: associated to a lemonade, a tonic or sparkling water. It will make wonders with champagne.
