Powerful bouquet

Shiny golden yellow colour with golden highlights. Beautiful open and frank nose with dried fruit, floral, vanilla and grainy notes. Good balance on roundness, melting, finesse, frank, straight. Beautiful straight and taut length on notes of exotic fruits, morello cherries and a smoky touch.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Kavalan Distillery Select devient Distillery Select No. 1, et évolue grâce à un nouveau packaging. Avec ce premier volet, l'équipe de la distillerie Kavalan a repris la formule qui a fait le succès du Distillery Select déjà connu en Europe, un whisky gourmand et délicat pour satisfaire à la fois amateurs et connaisseurs de whisky. Doté de la douceur fruitée caractéristique de Kavalan. Le Distillery Select No. 1 a été vieilli dans des fûts de qualité, principalement de xérès, pour révéler de riches notes pâtissières de chocolat, de caramel au beurre salé et de vanille qui s'intensifient dans une finale longue et corsée.
