Do you know ?

The name RinQuinQuin means a refreshing drink in Provençal (from the verb requinquilhar: to perk up).

Domain and appellation

  • Distilleries et Domaines de Provence

The RinQuinQuin is an aperitif typical of Provence. It is a surprising mixture of peaches from the Vallée de la Durance, peach leaves picked in the fall, sugar cane and white wine from Luberon.

    • Production: Several varieties of yellow and white peaches, as well as their leaves, are macerated separately in mixtures of alcohol and wine. After 6 to 12 months of "close" contact, the different components are blended. The RinQuinQuin is finally aged in tanks for 6 weeks before being filtered and bottled.
