Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

La Chablisienne
Created in 1923, the cooperative Chablisienne today covers 25% of the Chablis vineyard with over 300 winemakers. Les Vaux Serene is a special edition created exclusively by the cooperative for Nicolas.
- Terroir: Spread over 1175 hectares, the vineyards of the Chablisienne are based on Kimmeridgian soil with alternating marl and limestone marl deposits with small oysters. The plots are on display throughout the southeast, south and southwest with a variety of different climates.
- Viticulture: The cooperative has the particularity to reap the harvest to assess immediately the quality of the various plots.
