Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
Its pale yellow color with green / silver reflections offers a nose open, frank and fresh, on notes of boxwood, honeysuckle and pineapple. On the palate, this wine presents an acidulous attack, on freshness and finesse. Finale on exotic, floral and mineral notes.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation
Since 1885, 6 generations have shaped the history of the BOUGRIER FAMILY ...
Noël BOUGRIER at the head of the Maison since 1988 (fifth generation), has given a new dimension to the Maison Familiale. It made it possible to realize the dream of the previous generations by extending the cover of the House to the entire Loire Valley from Sancerre to Nantais country with the successive creation of 3 cellars: Les caves de Tourangelle in Touraine 1995, les caves de l' Angevine in Anjou in 2000 and les caves de la Nantaise in Muscadet in 2008.
- Vinification: Fine clarification followed by a low temperature winemaking (14-16 ° C) in order to reveal the varietal aromas. Aging in tanks on fine or total lees in order to preserve the fruit and the pearling of the wine.
