Powerful bouquet

Bright and luminous lemon-yellow colour. Attractive fresh nose with hints of white flowers, followed by aromas of brioche bread, finely toasted, a hint of fresh menthol and hints of fresh liquorice. Well-balanced, straightforward, clean. Beautiful finesse and elegance, fine and persistent bubbles. Tense finish with a mineral note. On the finesse!
