Powerful bouquet

Bright straw yellow colour. Clear nose of yellow fruits, dried fruits, candied apricot notes, fresh minty hint. Good balance, full-bodied. Medium bubbles, frank, finesse, freshness, the bubbles melt. Finishes with a chalky note.

This specially selected cuvée is a blend of the three Champagne grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier).

Terroir : The Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs offer a unique landscape for the production of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Viticulture: Several great growths are selected for this Champagne. Vinification: Produced in the Méthode Champenoise.
