Powerful bouquet

Pale pastel orange colour with peach highlights. Medium-sized bubbles with a persistent cordon. Open nose with notes of strawberry, marshmallow and redcurrant, greedy, with a hint of spice. Attack on a fine and creamy bubble, tension, finesse. Good balance, mineral touch. Tart finish, with redcurrant. To be enjoyed as a dessert.

Founded in 1838 by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Gelderman, the Maison Deutz sits in the pantheon of the greatest Champagne Houses. It was also the initiator of the creation of the Syndicat des Grandes Marques de Champagne.
